Many girls enter middle school feeling excited one moment and nervous the next. They wonder where they'll fit in, who they'll sit with at lunch, and whether they'll find their people.

As a mom, you may be wondering how to help your daughter feel confident without taking over the experience for her.

In this interactive workshop, Coach Sheri and Coach Marcelle will help girls understand the emotions that come with this transition while giving them practical tools to build confidence, create connections, and navigate their new social world.
