The Beliefs Sabotaging her Friendships

April 16 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm PDT

Friendship struggles are rarely just about social skills. Often, what gets in the way lives in a girl’s inner world. Beliefs like “no one likes me,” “I’m too much,” or “I’ll always be left out” can quietly shape how she shows up with peers, affecting her confidence, behavior, and how she interprets social situations.

In this live 30-minute workshop, Coach Sheri shares a grounded, relationship-first approach to understanding the beliefs your daughter carries into her friendships. You’ll learn how to recognize these patterns and respond in ways that support growth without overcorrecting, over coaching, or unintentionally reinforcing the belief.

We will cover:

  • Common limiting beliefs that quietly sabotage teen friendships

  • How beliefs shape behavior, confidence, and social interpretation

  • Why reassurance or fixing can sometimes reinforce the belief

  • Language that helps challenge beliefs without dismissing feelings

  • How your own beliefs can influence how you respond and support
